    More than 30 days before departure, 95% of the rental cost, excluding insurance and service fees, will be refunded to you.

    If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before departure, no refund will be given, and the full amount of the booking will remain payable.

Flexible cancellation for force majeure reasons

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure event, you may benefit from flexible cancellation terms, which allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.

The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred as a rental credit, allowing you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle from the same owner) on dates of your choice.

A Campervan será entregue limpa e desinfetaada com depósito de gasóleo cheio, depósito de águas limpas cheio, depósito de águas sujas e sanita química limpas e vazias.
Deverá ser devolvido no mesmo estado que foi entregue.
Caso o mesmo não seja cumprido serão cobradas as seguintes taxas:
Sanita não vazia e não limpa: 40€
Depósito de água limpa não cheio: 25€
Depósito gasóleo não cheio: 175€
Não efetuada limpeza interior: 40€
Será retido valor de 350€ durante um prazo máximo de 15 dias após a entrega do veículo, para pagamento de portagens que possam surgir e após vistoria mais detalhada de todo o funcionamento e inventário.
A mesma será restituída via transferência bancária, MB way ou qualquer outro método a combinar.
