Insurance
The vehicle is covered by full comprehensive insurance. The renter’s maximum financial responsibility for covered accidental damage is limited to 1000 EUR per incident. The security deposit may also be used to cover smaller damages not processed through insurance, missing equipment, additional cleaning, refueling, late return fees, or other extra costs resulting from misuse of the vehicle. Insurance does not cover damages resulting from driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless or negligent driving, unauthorized drivers, misuse of the vehicle, driving on prohibited roads or terrain, theft caused by negligence, or other situations excluded by the insurance policy. In such cases, the renter may be held fully responsible for the resulting damages and related costs.

Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the next steps.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Our beloved VW California T5 camper, temporarily named Blu (until we find a better fit – feel free to suggest one!), offers an amazing way to explore Croatia and its neighboring countries.

Whether it’s the stunning coastline, pristine beaches, and islands (those accessible by ferry, of course! 😊), or the mesmerizing inland areas with breathtaking springs, rivers, lakes, and mountains, the flexibility of camper travel allows you to discover it all at your own pace.

Our camper comes equipped with everything you need for a minimalist yet comfortable and reliable trip: a safe place to sleep, facilities for cooking, ample storage for your belongings.

Perfect for friends, couples, and families (we travel with two kids, so feel free to ask us for tips! 😊). We’re here to offer advice, welcome you to Croatia, and help you explore it in what we believe is the best way possible!
