Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. Yescapa will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Vous pourrez être autonome grâce au réservoir d'eau, panneau solaire, batterie lithium et transformateur 12V/220V 1000W.

Les draps (oreillers et taies, draps housse et alèses), éponge, lavette et torchon, porte-vélos, 1 bouteille de gaz propane en cours d'utilisation, cales de roues, tuyaux de remplissage, rallonge électrique, trousse à outils, vaisselles, ustensiles de cuisine, sel et poivre, produits d'entretien sont inclus dans le prix de la location.

En option:

Table et chaises extérieures 20€/location, four électrique 10€/location, 2e bouteille de gaz pleine 50€, chaines à neige 10€/location, nettoyage intérieur 60€ hors WC, vaisselles et poubelles et extérieur 60€ hors vidange et remplissage.

Loulou sera loué au départ propre à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur avec les réservoirs des eaux noires et grises rincés et vident, les réservoirs d'eau potable et gasoil plein.

Il devra être restitué dans le même état au retour.
