Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. Yescapa will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Alquilamos nuestra 'Furgo' para que sea vuestra por unos días. Camper muy equipada, perfecta para escapadas en la naturaleza de forma totalmente independiente.

Se trata de una Fiat Ducato Benivan 119.

Ideal y recomendable para 2 personas adultas, aunque con capacidad realmente para 2 adultos y 2 niños, o 3 adultos. Contamos con dos cómodas camas en litera de gran tamaño (1ª de 145x190cm; 2ª de 135x180cm).

Cocina completa con frigorífico de 60L, dos fogones, fregadero y juego completo de vasos, platos y cubiertos. Incluye olla, sartén y cafetera italiana.

Wc con ducha interior de agua caliente, con posibilidad de exteriorizarla. Lavabo y baño.

En cuanto al 'salón', cuenta con espacio para 4 personas (2 asientos giratorios + banqueta con otros 2 asientos). Mesa extensible. TV con antena parabólica.

Múltiples armarios para almacenaje de ropa y alimentos.

Cabina muy cómoda para viajar. Radio con bluetooth. Enchufes USB para ir cargando el móvil (soporte para el mismo). Velocidad crucero. 6 marchas. Cámara marcha atrás.

Maletero con gran espacio para guardar el equipaje. Posibilidad de desmontar una de las camas para aumentar el espacio (preguntar acerca de posibilidades y os recomendaremos con cuántas camas viajar según el tipo de viaje que tengáis pensado hacer).

Resto de extras incluidos: placa solar, doble bateria, calefacción estacionaria por gasoil, frigorífico accionado por gas y/o electricidad, calzas, manguera, cable de luz...

Se incluye manual básico de instrucciones hecho por nosotros para mejorar experiencia de viaje a bordo. Igualmente quedaríamos a vuestra disposición para cualquier tipo de duda o problema.

La furgoneta se entregará al final del viaje tal y como la recibisteis. Limpieza general (solo interior, dentro de lo razonable) y lleno-lleno/ vacio-vacio.

La recepción del vehículo se hará en el sitio acordado con los viajeros, siendo el más frecuente el parking de autocaravanas del Campus, en Albacete capital, donde os explicaremos todo, o incluso en su domicilio particular (dependerá de la zona). No disponemos de garaje privado para dejar el coche de los viajeros.

Esperamos que la cuidéis tanto como nosotros lo hemos hecho durante todo este tiempo, y la tratéis como si fuese vuestra. Siguiendo las recomendaciones de Yescapa se pedirá una fianza tras firmar el contrato que se utilizaría como franquicia del seguro contratado por la plataforma para facilitar la gestión.
