Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. Yescapa will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Vous avez envie d’évasion sans perdre votre confort, ce fourgon aménagé est fait pour vous!

Plus petit qu’un camping car pour passer (presque) partout, mais plus gros qu’un van pour plus de commodités, notre fourgon est réellement comme neuf et présente de nombreux équipements et options. C’est pourquoi nous vous demandons d’en prendre le plus grand soin, pour qu’il reste en pleine forme et puisse faire voyager plein de baroudeurs!

En supplément, nous pouvons également vous proposer de l’équiper d’un paddle, d’un canoe, d’une télé connectée, de jeux de société ou d’extérieur (molky), d’un hamac…

En bref, le plus simple (et le plus sympa) c’est de me contacter pour de plus amples informations, je serai ravie de vous répondre 😉.

ATTENTION: Si le véhicule n’est pas rendu dans le même état de propreté que lors de la livraison (intérieur et extérieur), un forfait de 90€ sera prélevé de votre caution (frais de ménage).
