Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. Yescapa will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Durante toda a sua viagem pode contar com o nosso acompanhamento e apoio para qualquer questão que possa surgir.
Esta nossa casa está preparada para acomodar 6 pessoas( todas com cinto de segurança), estando equipada com utensílios de cozinha.

Extra:

- Roupa de cama tem um custo extra de 30€ ( valor único)
- Podem ser incluídos toalhas de banho/ rosto pelo valor de 30€( valor único)
-É cobrada uma taxa de limpeza de 50€ interior  e 50€ exterior caso a autocaravana não seja entregue devidamente limpa e com o depósito de águas sujas limpo.
- Será cobrada uma taxa extra no valor de 60€ caso a cacete não esteja devidamente limpa.
-Ao valor da caução será retido no final do aluguer o valor de 200€, durante 15 dias para possíveis passagens em portagens e scuts, após esse tempo será devolvido conforme a modalidade que o cliente escolher.
