Insurance
Pour vous permettre de voyager en toute sérénité, tous nos vans sont couverts par une assurance tous risques spéciale camping-car avec assistance, valable pendant toute la durée de la location et dans toute l’Europe. Cette assurance est souscrite auprès d’Allianz sous le numéro 61915093, avec une assistance AXA sous le numéro 5004529A . Cette assurance constitue un supplément au prix de location et revient à 30 € pour le premier jour puis 17 € par jour supplémentaire.  Elle inclut notamment la responsabilité civile automobile sans limitation de montant, la défense-recours, les dommages tous accidents, l’incendie, le vol, les catastrophes naturelles, le bris de glace, ainsi qu’une garantie conducteur jusqu’à 250 000 €. Une assistance est également incluse dès 0 km en cas de panne, crevaison, perte de clés ou erreur de carburant, avec remorquage et solutions de mobilité ou d’hébergement si nécessaire. Selon les situations, une franchise de 1 000 € à 2 000 € peut s’appliquer en cas de sinistre. Pour plus de tranquillité, il est possible de souscrire une option de rachat de franchise permettant de réduire celle-ci à 200 € (consulter Nature Van pour le tarif).

Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the next steps.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Notre mini-caravane vous charmera par le confort d’une vraie chambre 140X200, sa cuisine équipée, sa glacière et ses nombreux espaces de rangement.

La Cocoon est ultra légère (400kg), facile à manœuvrer même à la main, et peut être tractée par n’importe quel véhicule avec le permis B.

Vous êtes autonome grâce à une batterie de 12 volt, pour votre éclairage, la glacière, et la pompe à eau.

Elle est louée avec 2 oreillers et une alèse pour le matelas.

Assurance tout risque souscrit par le locataire (en général gratuit pour votre véhicule)
