Roadside assistance

When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Nosotros somos una pareja "joven" 😀 que nos encanta viajar. Durante la pandemia y con el niño pequeño, decidimos comprar la furgo y camperizarla nosotros mismos, con mucha ilusión por una forma de viajar nueva para nosotros. Y les puedo decir que ha sido la mejor inversión. Una vez que pruebas esa forma de viajar no la cambias, sin prisas, sin agobios por volver al hotel a cenar porque el buffet cierre, sin desplazamientos de una hora para ir a la playa, etc. Con la furgo hemos descubierto y dormido en sitios espectaculares. Gran Canaria les sorprenderá. Y de la furgo que decir... después de valorar muchísimas opciones nos decidimos por nuestra distribución por varios motivos. El poder estar de pie en la furgo, el tener un baño y ducha interior, una cama siempre hecha, y no tener que estar montando y desmontando salón trasero. Además de una nevera grande, una cocina y fregadero tipo apartamento. Estamos muy contentos con ella, y la hemos disfrutado muchísimo. Pero ahora entendemos que podemos ayudar a otras personas a conocer esta forma de viajar. Lo único que les pedimos a los viajeros es que la cuiden como si fuese de ustedes.
