    If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before departure, no refund will be given, and the full amount of the booking will remain payable.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure event, you may benefit from flexible cancellation terms, which allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.

The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred as a rental credit, allowing you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle from the same owner) on dates of your choice.

The autonomous power station rechargeable on the mains or by solar panels allows you to have electricity and to be able to charge all your electrical appliances, telephone and computer.
It is possible to take the van from Arcachon, the Arcachon basin, and Bordeaux. On simple request, we organize the reception of the van at your convenience.
