Les conducteurs ayant plus de 3 ans de permis sont assurés tous risques pour l'exterieur du véhicule. Il y a cependant une franchise de 3000 € en cas d'accident si le conducteur est responsable. Pour tout dommage intérieur, les utilisateurs sont directement responsables. Ils sont assurés avec leur assurance responsabilité civile. Le coût des réparations sera évalué sur présentation de facture de la part du propriétaire et prélevé sur la caution.

Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the next steps.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Because we dream of wild trips. Because we are not afraid of anything and dream of exploring the hidden side of mountains, forests and valleys, we have named our first van: The Wild Dreamers. Designed to carry up to 4 people, this van is equipped with a first bedroom on the ground floor and a second bedroom with a folding roof to dream perched on. Equipped by nomadic travel experts, it offers the essentials - and much more - for sharing unique moments.  Made to measure, from carpentry to sewing, by craftsmen from Isère, experts in tourbuses and converted vans, the Wild Dreamers vans offer a minimalist and modular design to better blend in with nature. On the outside: matt blue metallic covering and compact appearance. Inside: furniture made of natural materials in sandy tones and bamboo wood.

A hotel room on wheels: Sheets and towels provided. Interior and exterior shower, air conditioning, heating, 140x190 cm mattress, duvets, wardrobe, equipped kitchen, fridge, WII FII, IPAD on board.  In option: Airport transfers from Geneva 150€ in option. Packed lunch 25€/day and per person. Tent and sleeping bag : 15€/day. Compulsory cleaning inside and outside : 120 € / rental
