The motorhome is fully equipped so you only need to bring your personal belongings and food. We take care of everything else, so nothing is missing during your stay — as if you were at your second home 🏡💛

When you leave, you don't need to worry about making the beds — we provide large bags for you: just strip the beds and put all the used bedding inside. We'll take it straight to the laundry ourselves 🧺💛

Complete cookware for 5 people — pots, pans, dishes, cutting board, juicer, etc. Everything you need to cook from day one, without having to buy or bring anything.

☕ **Coffee Corner** — Italian moka pot, ground coffee, instant coffee, assorted teas, honey, brown sugar, and sugar. Because the perfect morning starts before you even get out of bed.

☕ **Nespresso Machine** (optional, at no extra cost) — If you'll be staying at a campsite with a 220V hookup, we can also leave you our Nespresso machine so you can enjoy a creamy coffee in the morning. Just ask us when booking 💛

🧂 **Seasoning Corner** — olive oil, vinegar, salt, and spices. Cook from the very first moment, just like at home.

🧴 **Welcome Kit** — courtesy slippers, bamboo toothbrushes, toothpaste, comb, and shower cap.

🆘 **Emergency Kit** — flashlight, umbrella, rain poncho. For any unexpected situation on the road.

🔥 **Portable charcoal barbecue** — For those family camping afternoons, we include a small charcoal barbecue as part of the equipment. Just remember to respect the rules of each location (there are always areas where lighting a fire is not allowed).

❄️ **Air Conditioning** — The vehicle has air conditioning from the driver's cabin, which partially reaches the living area. It is not an independent system, so it cannot be left running with the engine off for many hours or unattended.

🐾 **PET FRIENDLY — Your pet is truly welcome**
Your furry friend is welcome. They'll have their own corner with a water bowl, food bowl, blanket, and seat protector covers.

For the safety and wellbeing of our furry guests, and for everyone's peace of mind, we ask that your pet never be left alone in the motorhome — whenever you go out, please bring them along.

🕒 **VEHICLE INSPECTION AND DEPOSIT RETURN PROTOCOL (CHECK-OUT)**
To guarantee the proper functioning and hygienic condition of our motorhome, we carry out a detailed inspection of the vehicle (appliances, furniture, cleanliness, and tanks) before returning the deposit, in accordance with the platform's terms.

🌿 **SERVICES WE OFFER TO HELP YOU**
We know that sometimes time runs short, flights don't wait, or service areas are far away. For those cases, we offer these optional services so your return trip is stress-free 💛

**🧼 1. Interior Cleaning Service**
- Optional Basic Cleaning (€45): If you'd prefer we take care of the regular cleaning after your trip, you can select this option directly in the app when booking. Note: choosing this service or not does not exempt you from the obligation to return the motorhome tidy, with no trash inside and no heavy staining.
- Excessive Dirt Surcharge (€70–€100): This fee will apply mandatorily if the vehicle is returned with excessive dirt, heavy stains, or excess pet hair requiring deep disinfection and vacuuming.

**💧 2. Tank Management (Grey Water, Black Water, and Fresh Water)**
If you didn't have time to empty or fill the tanks when returning the motorhome, you can book the services separately or as a full package:
- Emptying and disinfecting the chemical toilet (black water): €30
- Emptying the grey water tank: €20
- Fully refilling the fresh water tank: €20
- ✨ Full Tank Package (€70): Includes all three services above.

🍃 All of this would be deducted from the deposit if needed, with no surprises. We prefer to be upfront from the start, because we take care of our travelers the way we'd like to be taken care of ourselves 💛
