Insurance
The vehicle cannot be picked up until full payment and retention of the security excess has been made. The amount of the excess is set at 1500 € and can be paid in cash or by credit card. For the car with roof tent the security excess is 600€. Upon receipt of the vehicle, the amount of the excess will be blocked from the driver's card, which will cover any damage or loss of the vehicle and its equipment during the rental period. The guarantee will be fully refunded at the end of the rental if no damage is found. The release of the amount can take up to 14 days depending on the bank issuing the card. Our company does not accept debit cards to bind the security deposit amount. Our company has the right to claim compensation for damages even five working days after the delivery of the vehicle by the renter, because it takes time to examine all the components of the vehicle. The amount of the security excess covers the liability for the renter's obligations arising from any accident or damage as well as any additional expenses (traffic violations, emptying the toilet, filling the fuel tank, etc.). The renter is fully liable and obliged to compensate in full the amount of the guarantee for any damage not covered by the relevant insurance policy, even it exceeds the amount of the insurance guarantee.

Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the next steps.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.
