La franquicia es de 900 €, aplicable en caso de daños propios o robo del vehículo. La rotura de lunas está cubierta sin franquicia. El seguro incluye responsabilidad civil obligatoria y voluntaria (hasta 50.000.000 €), daños propios, robo e incendio, asistencia en carretera 24 h desde km 0, así como defensa jurídica y reclamación de daños. La cobertura es válida en España y Unión Europea. En caso de inmovilización del vehículo por avería o incidente, el viajero será atendido por el servicio de asistencia del seguro del propietario, que le indicará los pasos a seguir para resolver la incidencia lo antes posible. Pago seguro Cuando realizas el pago en Yescapa, la remuneración del propietario se conserva en la plataforma hasta el inicio del alquiler. El día de salida, el propietario te recibirá para explicarte el funcionamiento de la autocaravana y ayudarte a comenzar tu experiencia con total tranquilidad. Si todo está correcto, el propietario recibe su remuneración unos días después.

Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the next steps.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Our McFlow1 is a new motorhome, with only 3 months of use, perfect for touring the island at your own pace without sacrificing comfort. It is a McLouis MC4 379, with 5 seats, 7.45 m long and a Ford Transit cab with 6-speed manual transmission, comfortable and easy to drive.

Its modified electrical system offers great autonomy, ideal for enjoying the camper experience with total freedom. It has 3 solar panels, a 300 Ah lithium battery, and a 2000 W inverter, allowing you to sleep wherever you want without depending on campsites or power outlets.

It is equipped with heating, hot water, a refrigerator with freezer, and two LPG gas cylinders, so all you have to worry about is enjoying the trip.

With our “little monster,” you can move around the island at your own pace... and if the road gets narrow, we have electric bikes as an extra service so you can continue exploring without limits... ;)
