* DOCUMENTS (original) to be presented: 1) Valid driver’s license (B class) to drive in Europe, or an international driver´s license; 2) Valid ID/Passport; 3) Credit card (Visa or Mastercard) to pay the security deposit. *** INSURANCE INFORMATION *** 1) On rental price it’s included ESSENTIAL INSURANCE - Security deposit needed = 950€ (maximum amount to be paid in case of vehicle damage in the first road accident) Coverages: - 1 driver (21-60y) with at least 3 years of driving license; - Drive in Portugal; - Insurance against third parties and own damages; - 24/7 assistance. - 100KM'S / NIGHT; 2. ALTHOUGH, we have TOP insurance (17€/night) - NOT MANDATORY and if you are interested in it you can subscribe at checkin day, no worries! TOP insurance allows you to reduce Security Deposit to 500€ and have unlimited Km's - and more coverages. Beside the Essential Insurance coverages, with this TOP insurance allows to have 2 drivers; coverage of Tyre damages and window protection * INSURANCE EXCLUSIONS: The damages identified below are specifically excluded from any Insurance option and the HIRER will be responsible for all associated costs: a) any damage that has occurred, in case of breach of a clause of the contract, considering the conditions described in clause 7. b) any damage caused by intentional conduct, influence of alcohol, drugs or any substance that reduces driving ability. c) any lost/damaged/stolen personal items. d) if HIRER behaves carelessly or negligently in any way or fails to comply with local road rules, resulting in damage to the vehicle or property of third parties. e) The cost of repossessing or recovering the vehicle from any restricted, submerged, jammed or abandoned area. f) The cost of replacing keys that have been damaged, lost, stolen or locked inside the vehicle. g) Drivers not identified in the rental agreement or drivers with a canceled / expired driving license. h) for any costs associated with misuse of fuel. i) all damage to the vehicle body or above the windscreen line if there is no collision with third parties. j) All damage caused by collision with animals.

Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the next steps.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

• Equipped with basic for cooking with Kitchen utensils, cartridge stove and cool box.
