The van is designed for two people to sleep comfortably, with a spacious and cozy bed. It includes clean spare bed sheets and towels, so you don’t need to worry about bringing your own.

It has both air conditioning and heating, making it suitable for any season.

There is also an indoor shower, and the van is fully equipped for comfortable living.

You will find wardrobes and plenty of storage space for clothes and personal belongings.

🍳 Kitchen and equipment

The camper includes:

- Installed gas stove (requires a butane bottle, not currently included)
- Large fridge with good capacity
- Functional kitchen area

🔋 Electricity, water, and autonomy

One of the main strengths of this camper is its autonomy:

- Two large batteries, fully charged before every rental
- High electrical autonomy, allowing several days of use without external connection
- 150-liter fresh water tank, enough for multiple days
- Locations for water refill and waste disposal will be provided

🗺️ Important rules and restrictions

This camper has an environmental sticker type B, therefore:

- ❌ Not allowed to enter Palma city center
- ✅ Must be parked in authorized areas

We will provide information about legal and safe places to stay overnight.

Guests are expected to use the van responsibly and respect the environment.

⛰️ ⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT – MOUNTAIN ROADS WITH SHARP CURVES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN

For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to drive on mountain roads with tight curves, including but not limited to:

- Formentor 
- Cap de Formentor 
- Valldemossa 
- Capdepera 
- Sa Calobra 
- or similar mountain routes 

This is a large and heavy camper van, and these roads present a high risk due to narrow lanes, steep drops, and sharp turns.

Failure to follow this rule will be considered improper use of the vehicle.
