Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. Yescapa will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Complete self-sufficiency with a gas stove and hot water, refrigerator, and a 400W solar panel that will give you total autonomy without any electricity problems. It also has a private bathroom with a portable chemical toilet, a two-burner stove, a fixed 130cm visco-elastic bed for perfect comfort, auxiliary heating, and two kettles, one with a fan for warmer days. Kitchenware, cutlery, etc., are included. It has 220V, 12V, and USB outlets, swivel seats, an outdoor table, a side awning, a 90L fresh water tank and a 60L grey water tank... Everything is ready for you to enjoy. We are DOGFRIENDLY because we love that you enjoy your time with your furry friends as much as we do.
