Roadside assistance

When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

The van is a comfortable Volkswagen T6, a very reliable model. Economical with a fuel consumption of 7-8 liters per 100 km, its size is ideal for exploring Corsica and easily accessing all the island’s best spots by passing under height restrictions.

The bright and recently renovated interior is inspired by my sailing experience. Very well insulated, it features a comfortable 140 x 190 cm modular bed with a thick Bultex mattress. Outdoor shower, sink, and a 50L water tank. The kitchen equipment is complete, including a gas stove, all necessary utensils, and a refrigerator to keep food and beer cold.
The van also has a shower, an outdoor table, chairs, a hammock, masks/snorkels...and beach rackets ;) Self-sufficient with its additional battery and a 130W solar panel, and 4 USB ports.

Après quelques années de travail "classique" je suis parti voyager en famille sur un voilier pendant 7 ans. Le goût d'un mode de vie nomade est resté ancré comme une évidence, alors j'ai aménagé depuis, vans et camping car avec l’expérience de mes voyages en priorisant confort, et simplicité que je partage aujourd'hui avec tous les voyageurs. Je suis également passionné par les plantes comestibles, alors si vous avez de la chance (enfin si c'est la saison et que vous n'avez peur de rien ;), vous pourrez gouter à une préparation "sauvage" et naturelle.... Benvenuti a Corsica !!
