The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Good experience. The van is really new so very confortable and great to drive. It's got enough storage and both beds were comfy to sleep in, but we used to upper bed the most.
The owner was flexible with the times, which helped a lot as we were going very up north to Scotland, and he was nice and friendly.
Overall, very good experience, we would repeat it no doubt.
