If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be issued as Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Nazaré and Sebastian are very nice and helpful people. Not only concerning the car but also about information about Portugal,surf equipment ecc they never hesitated to help us. Renting and giving back the van,or how we call it "Diego", was very easy and uncomplicated. The van itself is quite cosy and gives one a homely feeling. Best choice to explore Portugal!
