If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Gracias a Alejandro por la buena acogida, y las explicaciones muy completas con videos ! El viaje muy agradable ... pero no es una camper California - es un Transporter LWB (con larga distancia entre ejes) que empezo su vida con una empresa de instaladores de techos en Dinamarca. La largura de casi 5,5 m da mucho espacio interior ... pero que no esta aprovechado de manera ideal (ya que la cama solo mide 1,05 m de ancho). Con el cajon de aire acondicionado arriba y los porta-equipaje en el techo la furgo hace algo de ruido con velocidades de mas de 100 km/h - lo que motiva a aprovechar de su bajo consumo andando mas despacio !
