Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19
If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Ricardo and his brother, Fabio were extremely friendly and helpful. Through out the trip we were able to make contact with Ricardo who was always happy to help with any queries and fast to respond.
The van itself was very clean and well kept, with everything you need to be off grid! The van is a beautiful looking model which gained us a lot of attention on the road. The van is also discreet as a camper, which is important when you decide to park up in urban areas. Throughout the 10 days we had no problems with the van and would love to book again one day.
