Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19
If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Fizemos a Nacional 2 (Chaves-Faro) e a carrinha foi fantastica pois o tamanho é ideal para entrar em algumas vilas. Se fosse uma daquelas maiores, iriamos ter que andar mais a pé (LOL).Fizemos cerca de 2000km com uma média de 9l/100 a andar normalmente mas nas calmas...
O Ricardo (host) é simplesmente top. Explicou tudo e sempre disponivel para as dúvidas (qualquer hora...)
Tenho pena que tenha sido só duas semanas.... Gostei muito da experiencia e é algo a explorar no futuro próximo.

Ricardo was very fast and kind with the responses. Everything in the camper was to our liking and according to the pictures on the website. The car was conformable and nice to drive - in conclusion: we had an awesome trip with this vehicle.
