Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19
If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be issued as Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Lors de la remise des clés le propriétaire a pris le temps de tout très bien nous expliquer , monsieur Manuel est très sympathique et très disponible
camping car minutieusement entretenu et très propre , avec tout le nécessaire de propreté (éponges , produits de désinfections , sacs poubelles etc....)
Nous recommandons vivement mr manuel
Si nous louons à nouveau un camping car , nous repasserions sans hésiter avec le Manuel

Proprietário sempre disponível.
Veículo em geral em bom estado, mas com desgaste pela idade do mesmo nomeadamente no WC que praticamente impossibilitou tomar banhos.
