Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Le camping car est vraiment très confortable, très bien équipé et très neuve. Le véhicule est très facile à conduire. Idéal pour 2 personnes et 2 enfants. Tout a été bien, tant au niveau des informations avant la location, que de l'accueil ou du véhicule. Chantal, le propriétaire est très avenant , très agréable et à l'écoute toujours dispo pour nous répondre. Expérience très sympa a refaire. Je recommande fortement.
La autocaravana es realmente muy cómoda, muy bien equipada y muy nueva. El vehículo tiene una conducción muy cómoda. Ideal para 2 adultos y 2 niños. Todo ha ido bien, tanto por la información antes del alquiler como en la recepción del vehículo. Chantal, la propietaria es muy amable, muy agradable y atenta siempre disponible para respondernos. Muy buena experiencia, para repetir. Totalmente recomendable.
