Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19
If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Vor der Anmietung und vor Reiseantritt lief die Kommunikation gut und relativ problemlos. Es wäre einfacher gewesen, hätte man direkt gewusst, was sich hinter "Camping Kits" usw. verbirgt. Das hätte einige Nachfragen gespart und für weniger Gepäck gesorgt. Für die chemische Toilette gab es keine Mittel mehr, was uns leider niemand gesagt hat. Wir sind an Tag 2 mit dem Wohnmobil bei drei Supermärkten vorgefahren und konnten die Chemikalien nicht bekommen. Das war sehr mühsam.
Die "Camping-Ausstattung" umfasst vier Stühle, jedoch sind es drei-beinige Klapphocker. In unserem Fall war dies Problematisch, da die Kinder nicht darauf sitzen konnten. Das bedeutete, dass wir quasi kaum bequem draußen essen oder sitzen konnten.
Die Einweisung vor Ort erfolgte über einen netten Herrn (nicht Vermieter), die Kommunikation auf Englisch war aber schwierig, da Er praktisch kein Englisch sprach.
Das Wohnmobil an sich ist in Ordnung, aber klappert sehr ordentlich über die Landstraßen. Alle Funktionen waren wie beschrieben und funktionstüchtig.
Während der Reise haben wir genau einmal (aus versehen) die Scheinwerfer eingeschaltet (als wir die Scheibenwischer bedienen wollten). Ab dann leuchtete eine gelbe Warnlampe auf dem Armaturenbrett. Nachdem wir den Vermieter dazu angeschrieben hatten, war die Anwort, er wisse das auch nicht und wir sollten es prüfen lassen. Da wir aber ohnehin nicht mehr reisen wollten, sondern einen Tag vor der Übergabe waren, haben wir unseren letzten Urlaubstag nicht in der Werkstatt verbracht sondern gegoogelt (das Manual ist leider auf portugieisch). Dabei kam "elektrischer DEfekt" raus. Wir haben darauf noch einmal die Scheinwerfer überprüft und festgestellt, dass es hier wohl einen Wackelkontakt gibt (mal ging das Licht mal nicht). Daraufhin ging die Warnlampe aus und leuchtete auch nicht mehr auf.
Nach der Rückkehr, hat der Vermieter nun Geld von der Kaution für die Reparatur des Lichts einbehalten! Die Warnlampe hätte während unserer Mietzeit geleuchtet, also sei es unsere Verantwortung. Wir sind froh, dass es nur das Licht war und nicht während unserer Mietzeit die Bremsen erneurt werden mussten oder etwas am Motor kaputt ging (wohlgemerkt ohne Fehlverhalten unsererseits). So kann man sein Fahrzeug auch kostengünstig instandhalten.

Beau voyage mais grosse déception concernant le camping car, pas propre et mauvais état, le frigo n'a pas fonctionné pendant nos déplacements , table et chaises exterieur ridicule pour 6 , mais le pire reste la caution qui nous a été rendu que 11 jours plus tard avec 32,50€ en moins pour des choses absolument injustifiées, vraiment très déçu, propriétaire de mauvaise foie et à éviter absolument.
