Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19
If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Grâce au véhicule de Charles, nous avons passés, moi et ma copine, une semaine extraordinaire en Haute-Savoie.Â
Nous avons dormis dans des endroits exceptionnels et difficilement accessibles tous les soirs.ÂLa tente est très confortable et s'installe/se déplie facilement.Â
Quel plaisir également de cuisiner à l'arrière du véhicule avec une vue incroyable sur les montagnes.Â
Le matériel mis à disposition (frigo, réchaud, vaisselle, jerrican d'eau, etc...) nous a permis de vivre cette semaine en totale autonomie au gré de nos envies et de nos souhaits.Â
Nous avons tellement adoré cette semaine d'aventure que nous nous lançons également dans l'achat d'un véhicule avec une tente.Â
