If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be issued as Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

We have rent this motorhome in Sept/Oct 2020. It was a great experience and we have seen a lot from Portugal's beautiful cost. The camper is great, it offered everything what we have expected. Andre was super supportive and always available when we had a question.

Foi muito fácil todo o processo com o proprietário André, uma pessoa sempre disponível e pronta a dar dicas úteis sobre autocaravanas para primeiros utilizadores como foi o meu caso.
A autocaravana não é nova mas esta em bom estado de conservação e sem problemas mecânicos, veículo muito fácil de conduzir. Tem todas as comodidades para 4 paxs e a cama é super confortável.
Para concluir só posso dizer que foi uma óptima experiência sem quaisquer problemas.
Recomendo o aluguer a quem procura uma autocaravana.

Andrè is fantastic, he really acts as if he were your best friend, super available before, during and after the trip, for any kind of doubt or problem he is always ready to answer you via whatapp, this for us was definitely the added value to a super camper equipped with every comfort and equipment. We traveled as a couple for eight days without needing to plug in the electricity, bathroom and shower are comfortable, refrigerator like the one in your home, the kitchen works well, the wardrobes are very large and spacious and the bed is comfortable. We had doubts whether to choose a rental agency or Yescapa, to date I can tell you, there is no comparison with an agency, a whole other service and much of the credit is due to Andrè.
Andrè è fantastico, si comporta veramente come se fosse il tuo migliore amico, super disponibile prima, durante e dopo il viaggio, per qualsiasi tipo di dubbio o problema è sempre pronto a risponderti via whatapp, questo per noi è stato sicuramente il valore aggiunto ad un camper super dotato di ogni confort e equpaggiamento. Noi abbiamo viaggiato in coppia per otto giorni senza aver alcun bisogno di attaccarci alla corrente elettrica, bagno e doccia sono comodi, frigorifero come quello di casa tua, la cucina funziona bene, gli armadi sono molto capienti e spaziosi e il letto è confortevole. Noi avevamo dei dubbi se segliere una agenzia di noleggio o Yescapa, ad oggi vi posso dire, non c'è paragone con un agenzia, tutto un altro servizio e gran parte del merito è da riconoscere ad Andrè.

Foi a primeira vez que nos aventuramos pelas estradas de Portugal com uma "casa às costas" e não podíamos ter escolhido melhor opção. O nosso furgão nunca nos deixou ficar mal, fez-nos felizes durante uma semana e foi uma semana de luxo onde acordavamos à beira rio com todas as condições para fazermos pequenos almoços de realeza! Correu tudo muito bem, foi realmente uma experiência incrível, em que o furgão que escolhemos nos proporcionou todos os confortos e comodidades expectáveis. Para primeira vez, foi muito fácil de conduzir e deixou-nos sempre orgulhosos!
O André foi super tranquilo e deixou-nos à vontade e cheios de segurança para esta primeira aventura! Explicou tudo o que precisávamos e mostrou disponibilidade para assistência durante a viagem para dúvidas que surgissem. Impecável 👌

Wir hätten eine fantastische Zeit mit Andrés Jumper. Der Wagen ist super ausgestattet. Wir hatten tolle Bettwäsche und auch zum Kochen alles was man braucht.
André ist extrem sympathisch und war für uns jederzeit erreichbar und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Seine Tipps waren echt spitze. Vielen Dank für alles.
Eine kleine Panne, für die niemand etwas könnte, hat André in Rekordzeit für uns beheben lassen und uns mehr geholfen und unterstützt, als man erwarten kann.
Wir hoffen auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen mit André und dem Jumper.
