Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19
If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Sem dúvida uma viagem significativamente incrível que para sempre ficará nas nossas memórias. Os proprietários são super simpáticos e mostraram-se sempre disponíveis para qualquer dúvida que tivéssemos. Foi a nossa primeira experiência de férias numa caravana e adorámos. Pudemos levar os nossos cães e correu tudo lindamente. O Daniel é super prestável, sempre disponível quando tínhamos alguma dúvida. Uma experiência para repetir definitivamente. E a caravana faz sucesso em qualquer lado!!

I rented Daniel's camper for seven days, and it was a great trip. The camper is not new and must be treated with care, but it is very fascinating. My girlfriend and I really love it.
We had a problem at the beginning, and Daniel was very kind and supported us, solving it quickly. On his return he also offered to accompany us to Porto.
Really all great. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time on the bus. The rental was spontaneous and uncomplicated. The communication was also smooth. The bus has everything you need for a nice road trip. You notice the love that has gone into the expansion. We would love to come back for the next trip. Thanks a lot!

Experiência fantástica,
Comunicação fácil e com resposta rápida, com informações detalhadas, quer antes e depois da viagem.
A "Amarelinha" foi entregue com todo o equipamento e limpa de cima a baixo.
A nossa viagem levou-nos por vários pontos do país e nunca faltou conforto quer durante a condução, quer durtante o sono.
Recomendo a toda a gente que procura uma alternativa a autocaravana. Nós próprios iremos voltar a alugar numa próxima oportunidade :)

We spent one week traveling with Daniel’s camper and it has everything you need for a perfect experience.
The van was very clean, cozy and full equipped with towels, bed sheets, cooking supplies...
During the trip, Caterina and Daniel helped us in every issue we had, because it was the first time we rented a Camper Van.
We loved the experience and we will repeat for sure!

I have had an experience way beyond expectations. Not only is Portugal perfect to be visited overlanding with a van, but Daniel and Catarina have been truly amazing to make this trip as worry-free and smooth as possible. The van has all the features and equipment one needs for such a trip, they helped me with my transfer from and to the airport, took plenty of time to explain, and were readily available and responsive to my rare questions during my stay.
Many, many thanks to both of you for your kindness and the amazing memories I gathered in this funky yellow VW beauty.
I could not recommand more Daniel, Catarina and their vans, and cannot wait to another adventure like this one.
