About this coachbuilt motorhome

We love our Auto-Roller 746 because of it's two distinct dining/sleeping areas, giving families and groups of friends the separated space that they need. It provides a perfect space and atmosphere for socialising and relaxing after a day outdoors. The comfortable 6ft rear U-shaped lounge can easily be converted into either two singles or king-sized bed, and the spacious double dinette provides another double bed come night. Add in the overcab king-sized bed, and the Auto-Roller 746 is converted into a six-berth motorhome, meaning you always have space for extra guests. We class it as a 5 berth as it has 5 seat belts (all 3 point) but it sleeps 6.

Insurance Terms

Copy of the driving licence, passport and a proof of address of each driver to send to Yescapa at least 3 days before departure.

- You are not under the age of 23 or over 75 years of age. Additional excess applies for EU hires; (£1,500 for 23 & 24 year old drivers) for UK trips or £1,500 (£1,750 for 23 & 24 year old drivers) for European trips.
- You need to have held a full UK or EU driving licence for a minimum of two years.
- You must not have had your licence suspended for any period within the last three years.
- You must not been involved in more than one fault incident within the last three years.
- You must have no more than two motoring convictions with a maximum of 3 points per conviction.
- You must have not have obtained a BA,DD or UT conviction
- The insured shall have completed , prior to releasing vehicle, identity checks including copies of all drivers licences, 2 utility bills dated within three months of the hire.

We charge an additional premium for festivals; please contact us for a festival price. You must disclose if you are taking the motorhome to a festival.

The vehicle is not to be used for, or in conjunction with, any race, competition or trial, or for hire or reward. The vehicle is not to be taken to an airport or airfield. The vehicle must not be used on the Nurburgring Nordschleife or deregulated/deristricted toll road or any race track, racing circuit or prepared course. The vehicle must not be used to conduct any commercial activities from.

Something that we would like to bring your special attention to: Our insurance policy does not cover for repairs when diesel is put into the water tank or for overhead damage to the motorhome. You would be fully liable for these costs should they occur during your hire.

You must sign our terms and conditions to be able to hire; This is a requirement of our insurance provider.

Cancellation terms

In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

The booking is confirmed

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

30 days before departure

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Departure

Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19

If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.
