If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Un séjour exceptionnel... le véhicule pratique, passe partout et très agréable à conduire. Pedro est très sympa, très à l'écoute, disponible et de bon conseil avant et pendant le voyage. Surtout Pedro ne change rien 👍. Quelques améliorations à porter sur le camion comme une rallonge électronique plus longue et un adaptateur pour le triphasé, une marche et un matelas plus épais. Mais malgré tout un voyage répondant à toutes nos attentes.

Foi a nossa primeira experiência de férias em autocaravana, casal com uma criança 6 anos e foi excepcional. O Sr. Pedro foi muito prestável sempre que solicitado. A AC. tem uma condução muito ágil e versátil e óptimos consumos, uma excelente ideia para quem quer ir para locais onde as estradas são mais apertadas como nas nossas férias o Centro e Douro de Portugal.

Esperienza molto positiva! Il van é in ottime condizioni, forse un po' piccolo per 3 persone, ma ci si adatta. Per due persone perfetto! Ci ha portato in giro per tutto l'Algarve, affrontando ogni tipologia di strada dritta, con curve, sterrata...
Pedro é super disponibile a qualsiasi ora, é stato pronto a supportarci su ogni cosa. Consigliatissimo!

O Pedro foi muito prestável, com uma disponibilidade acima do esperado.
Foi a nossa primeira experiencia numa AC, e adorámos!
A carrinha conduz-se muitíssimo bem. E por ser de dimensões contidas, foi possível inverter o sentido quando o googlemaps nos pregava partidas, permitiu também alcançar praias "escondidas". Tem também consumos bastante contidos.
Permitiu pernoitar em locais excepcionais... Assistir ao por do sol ou acordar com o melhor dos cenários. A repetir!!
