About this converted van
Our lovely little van has taken us on many an adventure. We have navigated the full coast of Ireland, most of Scotland and Wales, as well as trips down to Cornwall.
We've also taken our van to many music festivals, so would love other people to enjoy the van as much as we have. Nothing beats a good nights sleep before the party starts again!
In short, it is perfect for a weekend break or a longer exploring road trip!
It is exceptionally easy to drive and narrow enough to fit in a normal car parking space.
Features of the van are;
- Pull out rock and roll bed that pushes away to form a double seat with seatbelts, meaning four adults can travel in comfort.
- The front passenger seat swivels round to face into the rear.
- Our campervan also comes with a large tent awning that can be put up in seconds. Very useful for when you arrive late at night or in the rain. Open the doors, pop the tent, peg it down, and you have doubled the space available. As the tent does not connect directly to the van you can drive off during the day and leave the tent zipped up with chairs, tables, surf boards, etc safe inside.
- The tent awning can also double as an extra sleeping area if you wish, although bear in mind there is no floor.
- We have plenty of rugs that we put down in the tent, and a small BBQ, cooking utensils, and cutlery.
- The van has roof racks which mean that you can carry additional items.
- Levelling blocks are also included.

- For all UK licence holders: Renters must provide Yescapa with a licence check which can be generated via the DVLA Typeform in order to verify that your licence is acceptable under the insurance policy and to provide us with all of the second driver's details if there is one
- Must not have an occupation which goes against the insurance Terms.
Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Superbly kitted out and really well set up beautiful van. It had everything I required for a much needed camping trip. Owen was brilliant at taking the time to go through where everything was and how it worked (all vans are a little different so this was invaluable). Really easy to arrange times of pickup/drop off with him to which worked well for both of us. Really good few nights sleep in a very comfy bed. Hopefully will be able to rent the van from owen again next year as it was perfect!

The van itself may be a few years older than most fancy Dan ones on this site, but drives well and has everything you need for a few days away.

Highly affable, accommodating owner in Owen. His vehicle did not disappoint with lots of unexpected bonuses to make our weekend escape to the countryside exactly what was needed and more. It really is a great design. Though perhaps less quiet, it drives as comfortably as any modern vehicle. We slept like babies on the extra mattress. The additional awning was a life saver for storing possessions and welcoming the fresh air, while maintaing some privacy. We wish we had booked the van for longer. Somehow in all the fun, we regrettably neglected to take a memorable photo. Hopefully next time...
