Double rear view camera and rear and side parking sensors. Approved for travel for 5 people, 5 beds immediately ready and up to 7 beds with double bed in the overcab, two bunk beds in the rear, dinette up to 3 beds (double and single), pillows for the night. 3-burner gas cooker, gas oven, tall fridge with trivalent freezer (gas/12V/220V). Kitchen accessories. Outside barbecue. Bathroom with separate shower and external foot shower. Hot/cool air conditioner in living area with heat pump (220 V operation). Integrated 2.5 kW petrol generator (for 220 V power supplies without camping/travelling column). Heating with standard gas stove. Solar panels and double AGM batteries. HOUSE RULES Driving license B for at least 5 years to be photographed. Animals of any species, breed and size are admitted, but ONLY 'non-destructive' animals. Compulsory final cleaning (interiors and equipment) to be paid by the traveller:

FREE EXTRA option - cost €50.00 (ONLY for cleaning to be paid by the owner). The camper is delivered: - with a full tank of diesel; - with a full tank of petrol (generator); - with a partially full clear water tank; - with empty gray water and black water tanks (and clean toilet) and must be returned exactly as delivered. If there is a shortage, the following will be charged: - the cost of the missing fuel at full capacity; -

VIP option - cost €90.00 (ONLY for execution paid by the owner) - clear water tank at least 60%, empty and open gray tanks and completely empty toilet tank, without disintegrating agent and without water.
