The rental contract mentions a departure and return time.
For example: from 26/07/2019 from 9 am to 04/08/2019 before 8 pm.
This schedule is not definite and you will have the possibility to define a departure and return time with the renter.
For information, the insurance is valid for 24-hours, i.e. from midnight to 11.59 pm.
When sending a booking request, the renter can choose whether he wishes to pick up the vehicle in the morning, from 9 am or in the afternoon, from 2 pm, and then return it either before noon or before 8 pm.
This option is only available if you offer half-day rentals. You can activate or deactivate this option in the section "My listing" then "Preferences".Your payment will be adjusted according to the departure and return time. Please keep in mind if you wish to offer a pick up in the afternoon and a drop off in the morning, you must activate this option, as otherwise, the renter will end up paying for an extra day.
If there is any delay of more than 2 hours, you will be entitled to apply a penalty to the renter.
